I grew up in “snow country” in Western New York where they brew Genesee beer.
My radio career started when I was 18 years old working and playing in college at Potsdam State.
My jobs have been teaching special education, broadcast journalism, selling and producing radio and television commercials, and rockin’ as a DJ at the original 1400 AM WDOT in Burlington, 1967-1983.
It’s a blast being back on the“rah-did-yoh” spinning those great and treasured “True Oldies” again.
I love Vermont summers entertaining with my notorious grillin’ and chillin’ barbeques, trips to Kennebunkport, Maine, our family camp in the Adirondacks, and Fenway Pah-kk.
My long-time passion for Miami Dolphins football is well known. If I cut my finger, I bleed aqua and orange.
I like winters less, now that my life long love for skiing came to an end, when I performed a spectacular, triple salchow, double lutz, pike position on a ski trail at a popular local resort. Yet, I’m still the loyal companion of my lady and my golden retriever “Misty the Magic Wonder Dog”.
